Whenever I’m not shooting my HGTV show “Rate My Space” you’ll find me in my shop designing and building furniture. It’s my absolute passion! My favorite pieces are the one’s that catch your eye first, and then surprise you with their functionality.
My style is on the contemporary side of eclectic. I like to borrow from new and old and use different, sometimes contrasting, materials and finishes inspired by my travels to Japan, Africa, and Europe. The shapes and lines of my pieces tend to be sleek and simple.
I love digging through flea markets looking for things I can repurpose or reuse. When it’s comes to making furniture imagination is the limit. If you can imagine it, you can build it!
